Terms of Use and Content Policy

By uploading a mod you declare that you own the copyright to all of the content, or that you have the owner's express permission to distribute it publicly and free of charge through the Mod Hub. Responsibility for uploaded content lies with whoever uploads it.

You may not upload files that infringe third-party intellectual property rights, including but not limited to:

• •trademarks, badges, emblems and logos of clubs, leagues, federations or confederations;
• •official kits and their graphic elements, including sponsor marks;
• •names, faces, photographs or any personality rights of real people without permission;
• •content extracted from other games, apps or protected works.

The content available on the Mod Hub is created and uploaded by community members, who are solely responsible for it. NextStation Games acts strictly as the provider of the platform's hosting infrastructure and has no affiliation, sponsorship, licence or endorsement from clubs, leagues or registered trademarks that may be represented in files created by third parties. Empire Eleven 2026 does not produce, endorse or take responsibility for the content of these files.

Name, badge, kit and face fix packs are independent productions by users. They are not produced, distributed or endorsed by NextStation Games, and may not use the name "Empire Eleven" as the creator, distributor or seal of approval of the pack.

If you own a copyright or trademark, or legally represent the owner, and have found content that infringes those rights, send a notice to the address below containing:

• •identification of the work, trademark or right infringed;
• •the address (URL) of the mod on the Mod Hub;
• •your identification and, where applicable, the capacity in which you represent the owner;
• •a statement that you believe in good faith that the use was not authorised;
• •contact details for our reply.

Once a notice is received from the rights owner or their legal representative, the file is removed or access to it is disabled, and whoever uploaded it is informed. Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content may be suspended.
